Anna Silk
Anna Silk, born January 31st 1974 in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, is an actor famous for her character Bo in The Showcase show Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay is the producer and director of the drama of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Her father, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers watching her mother at work and attending play rehearsals. Silk appeared as a little model in a commercial. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved from Toronto in November 1999, to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. Silk met her spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an Actor's workshop located in Los Angeles in 2007. In December 2009 they married in a civil wedding ceremony. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th 2011, they renewed vows, following Silk's decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron is her second son, born on the 13th May, 2016. Silk was nominated in 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. She was given the role as Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale, and revealed this to the viewers during the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 that she is ready to resume work. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of production of the fourth season. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo and Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples one of their all-time favorite TV Couples. E! named the couple as the top Television Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has an enormous following on Facebook and Twitter, as a direct consequence of its popularity.
